My Bio & Life Experience

I am Jenny-Rebecca Lewis. I am a life-coach, formerly an attorney. My coaching provides foundational support in self-worth and self-expression – what it means to be woman. Dropping the weightiness of prescribed ideas of self, and allowing the truth of who You are creates life, aliveness and wellbeing. I support you as you go inward through deep clearing work, writing practices, unwinding belief systems and personal ritual. It is important, because you are a gift that is meant to shine. It is a path that I walk myself, and I can help you through.
