My Bio
After a 17-year career at a New York Law firm, she turned toward a life of deep personal practice, self-development and spiritual exploration. She supports others in their journey to self-love through writing, teaching, speaking, coaching and creating community. Jenny especially enjoys sharing the message of innate value because it is the thing most healing in her own life.
For adults, she has a podcast called Sex, Race and Money which discusses the deep alchemical lessons each of these topics has brought her – returning her to a deeper understanding of the self and to value herself unconditionally again and again.
For children, she enjoys sharing the message of innate value with children through book readings and art projects. In December 2021, she published Duma’s Song, based on the African tradition which holds that the genesis for healthy community is nurturing and celebrating unique expression.
She is a Bikram yoga certified teacher, supporting students in appreciating the natural healing power of their bodies.
Her work continues to grow and expand, and she invites you to learn more and join her newsletter at jennylewiscoaching.com.
