Remembering
There in the center of myself – is me.
There in the center.
I am not my critique of someone else’s work
I am not the jealous grabby spin of “I could have done it better.”
I am not the punishing failure of doing it wrong.
Nor the casing of pain and expectation of pain from life’s traumas
Or even the one unworthy of good things happening.
When I can reach back and remember. When I can be with the pain of the mis-wired beliefs of old and really see them from the source, unwind them, I find the center. And in the depth of that place, there begins the sprout of growth to what really is. Who I am right now. What I know right now. Without measurement or control. Acceptance. A divine expression, past the webs of shoulds and safety. Trust and truth lives there. Yet so untouched, untested, unknown. This is the true me.
From here there is possibility not bound by patterns or experiences had before. You are worth this.
Who are you there in the center?
My work is to support the growth of this very place. The center. Providing strength right there. So that the carving of life is a memory back to the truth of you.

Remembering Practice
Remembering times of synchronicity, of magical birth or creation.
Make a list of them.
Reflect on the effortless qualities of you, what is simply because you are.
Make a list of them.
Write for 15 minutes on ideas of doubt that may come up. Feel it in your body. Rip it up or burn it outside and let it go.
Return to your value.
Understand that this baseline is your truth, and come back again and again throughout the summer.
