Anchoring to a loving knowing of yourself allows a slow, care-filled alchemy to begin which transforms your deepest challenges into bridges home.
Free Practice:
Clear your schedule for 10 - 15 minutes.
Write down all of the voices that come up when you are trying something new and scary. (This is particularly helpful when you are about to try something new and scary.) Free write for 3-5 minutes or if you have time until you are complete.
Notice whether these voices have relevance to what you are doing now or whether they are past tense. Then ask, is this voice true? Some may be some may only come from fear.
With each voice ask why is this showing up and what is it there to teach you. Ask yourself honestly is it there to deflect, distract or slow you down?
Who would you be if you acknowledged them, gleaned their lessons and moved forward, getting help if you need to, trusting that you are capable of being with life?
Acknowledge the supportive voices. What do they mean to you?
When your time is done, no matter how you proceed, you’ve brought more awareness to yourself which helps your conscious and subconscious become more aligned - and therefore, you become more aligned - less weighted by distraction. And, you have more awareness to who you are - the centered one - the observer of these patterns.
Regular practice of this brings you closer to yourself, what is true and creates a present and more expansive relationship with life.

I teach about self-worth through art, writing and interactive experiences.
I write about self-worth in children’s books and in poetry and novels.
I believe that an understanding of innate self-worth is the genesis by which innate pathways to wellbeing come into being – and this includes self-expression, release of past emotions, care for the body through eating well and movement and supportive connection through healthy relationships, community, connection with nature and a higher source (whatever that looks like for you).
I am a coach, a story-teller and a poet. And, I inspire people to remember that it’s okay to be exactly who they are.
Testimonials
I learned the depth of how much I sacrificed myself for the goal. Just trying to will it into existence at all costs without fully realizing what I actually wanted. Even when I made the sacrifices, I didn’t totally sell my soul. A death of what I should be and I’m slowly grieving that part and also seeing it’s not the end-all of who I am or what happiness or joy can be in life.

I’d come to an impasse with past traumas. I felt like this course was permission for me to grieve rather than continue to override with work and money. This was the first time I’m coming back to myself after all of that. Grounding myself and being able to finally process.

You are and your offerings have been pivotal to my healing journey. You can’t believe what you don’t see and I believe because I see myself through you and I see your healing and work taking its roots in this universe. Thank you so much for the capacity to hold space for me, and for being a free human!!!!

My perception of self-worth, my beauty and who I am has evolved so much. The attention I got from men and now it’s from within. I don’t have to get attention or praise in order to believe that I’m beautiful and worthy enough.
